As our franchisee, you can pick from either of the two models we have. |

| Model 1: Basically a home delivery unit. A limited seating of up to 20 covers. Minimum space required will be 500 sq. ft., including the kitchen. |

| Model 2: A restaurant that will serve pizzas, grilled sandwiches, french fries, soups and pastas. A minimum seating of 30 covers. Minimum space required will be approximately 800 - 1000 sq. ft., including the kitchen. |
